1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged. These include:
- Bikini Bottoms
- Bikini Tops
- Mastectomy Swimwear
3. Return & Exchange Process
Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return.
- Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to return your item(s).
- Ship Your Item: Package the item(s) securely and include the RAN inside the package. Ship the package to the address provided in the instructions.
- Wait for Confirmation: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return or exchange.
4. Refund Process
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Exchange Process
If you are requesting an exchange, we will ship the new item(s) to you once we receive and process your return. Shipping costs for exchanges will be covered by Sea Vacation.
