Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons or holidays.
Shipping Methods
- Standard Shipping: We use DHL or FedEx for standard shipping. Delivery typically takes 10-15 business days after dispatch. The shipping fee is $12.95.
- Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. Delivery typically takes 15-25 business days after dispatch.
Shipping Regions
We ship globally, excluding some remote areas and certain parts of Asia. Please check our website for specific details regarding your region.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges process.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- In its original packaging.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Bikini Bottoms
- Bikini Tops
- Mastectomy Swimwear
Return & Exchange Process
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return.
- Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to return your item(s).
- Ship Your Item: Package the item(s) securely and include the RAN inside the package. Ship the package to the address provided in the instructions.
- Wait for Confirmation: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return or exchange.
Refund Process
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchange Process
If you are requesting an exchange, we will ship the new item(s) to you once we receive and process your return. Shipping costs for exchanges will be covered by Sea Vacation.
